I showed the barber what i wanted but he completely ignored it and styled it the way he wanted, resulting in my hair being way to short and unable to be saved. The way he combed my hair was rough in which i had a headache afterward. During the process, he made remarks of my hair being girlish, and how my hairstyle before was ugly.
Lovely ladies, don’t get me wrong this is my personal experiences. I got the viet style shampoo & conditioning and i had no complaints, really refreshing, they do have different services included which they’ll ask for sure but whether u wanna do it or not it’s up to u. But anyways i felt great. Will come back next time. Very hard working people
This place is just a bad experience. I went here to wash my hair and i had to wait 2 hours because the owner just had to finish other customers. Mind you, there were only 3-4 people there. She could’ve just blow-dried my hair and get it over with but no. Also when i came in, apparently my highlights weren’t showing or noticeable (i have caramel highlights) so when she washed my hair it looked black, so after it was completely dry, she charged me because my hair wasn’t like that when i came in.
