Really grateful I met with Pam and CJ before pursuing additional renovations to our home. I reached out because I wanted to create a plan first before tackling the projects one by one. Their honest insights and feedback really helped me to reflect on what modifications I truly wanted to invest in. Understanding the potential costs, timeframes, and inconvenience I could expect genuinely was helpful in my discernment of next steps. I highly recommend them.
I’ve had a great experience working with Phase One. I was working on a project that was complicated and their knowledge and guidance allowed me to move in the right direction. They were proactive in identifying potential challenges and responsive at every step. I’d gladly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable construction consulting services to assist you with navigating your new dream home. Their expertise will help you avoid costly mistakes or regrets at the end of the building process!

CJ provided excellent insight after a site visit to my potential custom home build site (in Charlotte NC) and with their assessments, I was finally able to have a fi... read more
5 stars is not enough! We were fortunate to work with both the Phase One team and their sister company Azalea Building Group on our home renovation project. After our initial consultation with Pam and CJ, we knew this was the team we wanted to work with. We found them to be extremely honest and transparent. The level of detail they provided us during the budget meeting gave us confidence we were working with a fair team. Meredith and Elliana helped us with the design of our home. Both were great listeners and brought unique ... read more
