Went to these guys for my autopac claim and had no issues whatsoever. Great customer service, great work, and they even cleaned the car! These guys go above and beyond.

Phase II auto did a great job with my mpi claim. Moe was very quick and getting back to me and getting my van in for service. The best part was he was able to do it about a month before everyone else I called and got it done in like 2 days! We had a small hiccup where my tire was making a weird noise after and turned out it was just a pill up of gravel and when I brought the van back in for inspection, moe housed it down to remove the gravel and my tire was fine after! Nice experience and will definitely be back
Took my 08 Silverado in for a bumper claim. I have called Mo about 8 times over the last 10-11 months for an update since MPI says responsibility is on him. He does not call back and if I do catch him he has no information to offer. Any potential disputes he may be having with MPI aside, there is no excuse for his lack of communication. I have been patient and courteous, but got me nowhere.
