I called Phase 2 for a quote on my bathroom renovation. They were very professional, providing guidance and suggestions along the way. I even had a little help with some suggestion on new tile and selecting the fixtures. Eric was able to keep the disruption and mess to a minimum and his pricing was competitive with other quotes. I am so happy to have the bathroom completed and am planning on having him back to help with some other plumbing projects that need to be done around the house.
Phase 2 came out immediately late on a Saturday afternoon when my old hot water tank sprang a leak and water was everywhere in my basement. The owner Eric replaced our tank that night with a high efficiency model tank and removed the old water tank for us. I expected the price to be very high since it was a Saturday night but the price was extremely fair. Eric also recommended a wonderful company to help remove all the water and clean up the damage that was done. I would absolutely call Phase 2 again.
