About this business
The Pharo family has been part of Madison, Wisconsins HVAC industry for four generations, dating back to 1913 when Clarence Pharo, Sr. worked in heating commercial and industrial buildings. Throughout the 1930's, John, Bob and C.M. (sons to Clarence Pharo) made their way into Madison's HVAC industry, working on a variety of heating systems. In 1983, William (Bill) Pharo started up the current Pharo Heating Company and is working with his son's Clint & Andy in providing HVAC services for the Greater Madison Area.

Pharo provided great customer service and quality work. Clint was prompt, courteous and thorough in providing us a quote for a garage heater. The installers, Ryan and Chad, were also prompt, thorough and quick with the installation.
We need to replace our furnace . After checking other installers, Pharo Heating and Cooling, our last on the list, was an instant yes. We like they way Clint felt about his job/ profession. Ryan and Cody were really great guys. They were friendly, hard workers. We are elderly and they explained everything they did and when they were done went thru the instructions on how to set the thermostat. They explained if we had any questions to just call and we would be taken care of promptly. We are glad we choose Pharo.
Jeff H and Cody P were professional and informative. Stayed within the allotted time and left things clean and neat. We are awaiting the visit of the City of Madison inspector tomorrow to give the thumbs up.
Dog days of summer and your 25 year old AC fails. What do you do? Call AC repair service only to me told you will be added to their waiting list which means they cannot come and take a look until Monday- it’s currently Wednesday 89 degrees with 76% humidity. I called Pharo and the came the every next day. Assessed the situation, determined the appropriate replacement system and had installers on site by 8:30 AM on Tuesday. Jeff H and Cody P were total professionals. Our install went perfectly and they did a wonderful job. They cleaned up after themselves and left nothing behind. The new furnace and AC work perfectly. Clint is the owner's son, he did our initial estimate and explained everything in a way that we could easily understand and make the best choice.
