I had a fantastic experience at this clinic! Smrity, the receptionist, was incredibly courteous and professional. I was actually called into the room 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time—something I have never experienced elsewhere in Toronto. Dr. Nusrat was equally amazing. I had a really great experience at this walk-in clinic and pharmacy. The place is clean, organized, and very welcoming. I didn’t have to wait long, and everything was handled right on time, which I really appreciated. The doctors were friendly and took the time to listen without rushing. Really bad experience. I had an appointment but doctor Nusrat wouldn’t give me enough time saying other people won’t get time( she didn’t check all my problems )! While not even cheking my pain site and no relief was provided or suggested which I went for ! Then I went to the receptionist and told her I don’t know what the doctor said for my pain or to do what . I had to go to the receptionist to find out I was referred . I mostly have used the clinic here, they do appointments but it's usually easy to get one within a couple days. Actual appointments are conducted efficiently and with minimal wait times. They were the first place I took my baby before I found a family doctor, and they always treated her well.
