ladies here are so nice. misplaced my receipt for insurance and although there was a bit of confusion on whether they could provide a reprint, they were eventually able to and i so appreciate it. thank you. also they provide compounding services which is what i needed but beware you must pay ahead of medication being made and would then need to submit to insurance after.
This place does not even deserve a star. My elderly mother went there at 5:30 on Friday. The hours say they close at six. The door wasn’t locked, but they refused to serve her because they said their cash was already done. I went inside to pick her up and we weren’t very happy and they continued to defend their irresponsible, uncaring behaviour and argue with us. Meanwhile, they’re lit sign says they’re open horrible horrible staff.
Very frustrated with hours of operation very hard if you are working and to time refilling refills on medications
Very careless stuff, I waited for 7 days for my medicine while I supposed to receive it in 3 days because one of the stuffs said that it will be ready in 3 business days and we'll give you a call in 3 days. Once I went to the pharmacy, before they check it properly say it's not ready yet, however when I asked them to double check it they brought the medicine said here it is.
