I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Paul Placid. He was very rude and did not know how to behave professionally with patients. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable during the visit. What frustrated me even more was that he did not seem helpful with treatment or medication advice. Every time I asked about what medicine would be good for my condition, he just told me to “go check at the hospital” instead of properly guiding or helping me. I expected more care, professionalism, and support from a doctor.
Got my medication from here today. Mihir is very informative and helped me with my medication. He gave me tips on how to use my nasal spray so the use is upmost effective for the issue I am having. I had no idea that I may be using the nasal spray wrong all this time until I discovered from Mihir how to use it correctly. Mihir is very polite and didn't mind answering our questions. I'm happy I visited this pharmacy and if needed, I may visit them again.
