The doctor has been professional and attentive, and we appreciate the quality of care provided. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk has been consistently disappointing. The current receptionist often comes across as dismissive and rude. In contrast to the previous receptionist, she appears to show little consideration for patients' concerns or feelings, which can make an already stressful medical visit even more unpleasant. This pharmacy is awesome has great service very polite personel
This is NOT a walk-in clinic - despite what the voicemail, website and building signage all say. Very misleading and needs to be updated.
They have delivered my medication to me at 11PM more than once which is just unfathomable to me. The medication, which is meant to be refrigerated, often arrives at room temperature with a warm long ago melted ice packet. The unprofessionalism of this pharmacy is outrageous. Really makes you wonder where your medication is going and what they are doing with it for all the hours it remains missing.
