This is NOT a walk-in clinic - despite what the voicemail, website and building signage all say. Very misleading and needs to be updated.
They have delivered my medication to me at 11PM more than once which is just unfathomable to me. The medication, which is meant to be refrigerated, often arrives at room temperature with a warm long ago melted ice packet. The unprofessionalism of this pharmacy is outrageous. Really makes you wonder where your medication is going and what they are doing with it for all the hours it remains missing.
Went in after reading the sign for walk-ins, the front desk was very rude and shooed me away after asking if the doctor for walk-in was in.
