Jennifer was so helpful and Luanne couldn’t have been nicer! Love this place!
I gave them 1 star because I can't give them 0. Everyday I call them to find out where my pills are,10 lies later,they tell me is not their fault UPS lost them. 11 days later they claim new ones are coming. On day 1 they took the money out of my Visa card!!
The only real issue I have is that I often wait even when I pay in advance. But I have been coming here for years and the personnel have been kind, empathetic and even apologetic when mistakes arise. Overall, I grateful 🙏 they are here for me
Zero stars. I have wasted two hours on the phone with them. I have been a customer for years. They changed their computer system, and now it does not function. I cannot get an order processed, whether in-person or on the Internet, even though I am using the exact same contact and payment information as before. I cannot get any return calls, even when they say they will return the call. Delivery times have DOUBLED, even with "Rush" priority.
Super staff, Andres the pharmacist is awesome!!! Lianne is very knowledgeable
