They used to be a decent pharmacy, they don't want you calling past business hours for any reason except a stat delivery. If you have any meds missing or concerns about anything better not call after hours or they will be very rude and give you a stern talking to, like you're a child. I wish my facility went with another pharmacy, however the delivery driver is pleasant when she delivers and assists us as best she can. But, the pharmacy staff deserve zero stars!

I called and a woman answered the phone. I asked a question about a prescription medication and she just said "we are a long term care pharmacy" and then hung up on me as I was talking. Completely rude . I would never even consider this place for any "long term" needs. Awful mannerisms and zero customer service qualities.
