Extremely rude. They mock and name call.
I called several times this morning to inquire about a client’s missing medication, they asked me several times to call back in 10 mins and that’s is what I did. When someone finally answered my call, I was trying explain to to woman that answered the phone the details of the medication and she said “ if you be quiet and listen I can explain” I responded with “I can absolutely listen but you don’t have to be rude, I was trying to give you the details. I want to thank the drug store for their great and helpful service. Their location is so near to walk on. It is easy to look for medicines because they are all selling everything. I am looking forward to visiting you again.
