Always a wait !! Prescription is never ready !! It sucks !
Called today 9.12 to inquire regarding the availability of a medication and the guy who had a very hard to understand accent, was so rude and condescending and disrespectful. Uncalled for and never would recommend anyone to somewhere that employs such rude and horrible customer service people. How disappointing.

I have been a customer at Pharmacy of America 5 for quite a few years and find them to be fantastic. Each member of their staff is incredibly warm and friendly and will go above and beyond to help you meet all of your needs. Chinda, the head pharmacist, is unlike any other and will make sure to get your prescriptions right every time and answer any questions you might have about them. Laura is fantastic as well. They are truly an extraordinary pharmacy and I feel lucky to have found them.
