Not sure what happened after the union strikes but these new people are rude. Would give zero stars if I could.
The employees are fine. It's just the hours don't make any sense. If people work normal working hours - how are they supposed to get their RX if you close at 5pm??
Best customer service ever
In the past, we always went to the Costco pharmacies on El Camino Real and Park Avenue in Tustin and Irvine. Costco’s customer service was top-notch — the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Later, we switched to Kaiser in Santa Ana, where the pharmacy associates have also been friendly and helpful. However, today (9/5/2025), we had to see our doctors on Michelle Drive in Tustin.
