Keeps you in robo assistant hell with no way to reach anyone or get help! Keep saying it has technical difficulties and tells you it will hang up. What kind of dumb system is that!
Just skip ordering online/ the app because it’s never ready when you go to pick it up. You’re waiting a minimum of 45-60 minutes. And the pharmacists don’t want to talk to you and if you ask for a consult they spend 20 seconds with you and walk away even if you have other questions. Even placing an order on the app and coming to pick it up and half the time your medication is out of stock or they have to order it - shouldn’t this reflect BEFORE you place the order or at check in? If you don't wanna commit suicide yet this location will make you want to. Waited over an hour in the pharmacy only to get to the counter and be told that the order was cancelled with no explanation of why and they expected me to wait another hour for it to be filled (supposedly)
