The pharmacist was extremely rude and unhelpful to me when I called about a medication issue. I am so frustrated with the lack of coordination and help that I’ve received from Kaiser recently. I get told one thing from one person and another thing from another person. The pharmacist just laughed at me and said “I know what I’m doing”. Such poor customer service.
They are always kind, fast, and helpful!

The woman ahead of me appeared confused about her prescription and was asking several questions, which is understandable in a healthcare setting.
