once again I go to Kaiser only to have the doctor roll her eyes at me extremely rude my wife walked out altizer dialysis run test they don't even give you the results Kaiser is hands-down the worst Insurance anybody could ever get if you're looking for insurance don't get Kaiser they are terrible I wouldn't recommend them to anybody

Wow! I waited 10 minutes for a prescription consult. And it wasn't busy! The staffs walking back and forth and not once asked if I was helped. Instead they talked to each other about their amazon order. Wow! Great customer service! I had to ask to see how much longer I had to wait!

I cant ever get an appointment to be seen by my PC Dr. and when i do she has no idea what is going on. First thing i'm offered for anything is drugs without Dr. even questioning my symptoms. I have to say i dont want to be medicated but to find out what's wrong. (And i have a brain tumor and other issues she has no clue of). The "online" portion is a nightmare to try and make appointments. Horrible care, horrible follow up. Only reason i have KP is my union chose it.
