Never had any issues until now! We called ahead of time to make sure you guys had the medication, we were told “yes” so we put in the refill. We get there and we are told that you guys don’t have it!
good customer service
I have medications for cancer that can only be picked up at the pharmacy. They can not be mailed. The Manassas VA Kaiser pharmacy that is located about 5 mins away from me is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. When my refill dates land on a Saturday or a Sunday I have to arrange for someone to drive to another county, Woodbridge VA, to refill my medications at their 24/7 pharmacy.
