I recently switched pharmacies due to an insurance change and followed the instructions from my Kaiser Permanente primary care physician by going to the Ken Caryl pharmacy to transfer my prescriptions. Kaiser’s broader messaging emphasizes compassion, listening, and patient-centered care, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Nothing wrong with the pharmacy itself but TERRIBLE hours. Closed on weekends, 1 hour lunch breaks, and closes at 5pm.
All of the staff and employees seem really great people. And yeah, I have had cognitive issues i am dealing with and you talk to and work with, but your hours approved, probably the worst hours i've ever seen for a pharmacy..... often will close ķfive o'clock during weekdays.....
