The Kaiser pharmacy staff are generally professional and helpful, and prescriptions are usually ready on time. The pharmacists take time to answer questions and explain medications clearly. Wait times can sometimes be long during busy hours, ita a ticket system, but overall the service is organized and convenient. The online refill system also makes managing prescriptions much easier

I was not here for the pharmacy but here for imaging. However, while I waited for my appointment people came in and their prescription were ready within 15 minutes. The staff were very friendly. My appointment for imaging was quick and staff were great. They explained every step and I was out in 15 minutes. This location is clean and inviting would recommend.
Pharmacy is open 8-5pm. Tried calling numerous times and it goes straight to voice-mail. How is one supposed to speak to a pharmacist if they don't answer.
