I've been using them since 2014, if it weren't for my insurance demanding that I use OptumRx I would use them for all of my Cystic Fibrosis meds. Their team is so warm and they genuinely want to help and they care about your health outcomes. CF is hard, they've helped help me find programs to pay for my extremely expensive medications and are the best people in the world in my opinion. I've laughed & cried with my pharmacists, who can say that?!

I worked for this pharmacy, the communication was extremely poor, they had a "mean girls" group, if you were not part of it, you were treated differently, a lot of times it was like working on egg shells, then to make matter worse, pharmacy was sold to their biggest competitor, changes were made and the majority of employees, including myself were laid off, there is no loyalty with the new ownership.
The best customer service I have ever received from a pharmacy and possibly from any business at all.
