I was charged by PROCARE PHARMACY without ordering the Nerivio device. I was told it was on "auto refill". I did not sign up for auto refill!! I had just received my device. And 2 weeks later getting charged for another 1 with 10 treatments. No!! It's $89. They would not refund my card. The supervisor would not assist me. These people have lost a customer. What happened to the customer is always right? I had to go buy food today with the $89 you charged to my card. Now I cannot buy food for the next few days.
