Super disappointed by very rude pharmacist today I came by to fill a prescription for adderall and she said she was on lunch and refused to let us know if she had stock. She said to come back later. I had been using them for my prescription but need to take my business somewhere else since they don’t want my business
Pharmaca is a combination of alternative medicine and conventional pharmacy. There are two other pharmacies downtown Los Gatos, Walgreens and Safeway. Because the others are chain I'm guessing the lines are shorter at pharmaca - wait time for the pharmacy was ten minutes, which is pretty standard, but there were no other customers waiting. Customer server was excellent both in the pharmacy section and the lavender part of the store. Helpful, kind, attentive.
