1-Star Review: Poor Service and Misinformation I attempted to schedule an appointment after receiving a card from Blue Shield of California, clearly listing this office as my provider. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. This place should be closed down immediately! I have no idea how a dentist can be so unprofessional and to top it off the receptionist has no people skills whatsoever! She totally needs to be retrained! I’ve been to several dentist over my life and this one by far is the WORST!! People don’t take my word for it look over the reviews yourselves.. ((Can someone say time to retire ))
