Paid three dollars for a sour orangade and terrible customer service. I wasn't greeted upon my entry, and the lady taking my order seemed disinterested in taking my order, like I offended her. I thought it was my race, but based on all the reviews I read she does that to various people. Kinda sad. I won't be returning.
I hate leaving a bad review, but the customer service there is just horrible. I love the food, but it's not worth dealing with such rude people. Not to mention, their website has been down for almost a year, and I was told they have no intentions of fixing it. Also, when trying to call to place a call ahead order, I am rudely greeted with a "Please hold, click." That is, if they even answer the phone.
Best cheesesteaks ever!!! And I use to live in Philly.
My neighbor at the Alexian just got ripped off by your kids meal. Grow up
