When arriving for my appt (and my friends)I was not exactly welcomed- I was asked what I wanted coldly- I then told her that myself and my friend had a 2:30 appt. At that point Mia appeared and welcomed me warmly however the Signature Pedicure was a big disappointment it was nothing near to what it was suppose to to be! My friend's person complained about being tired and did a very poor job. I was disappointed for my friend and myself. I spent 100 dollars and got nothing near to what I should had. What a waste.
