I challenge your accusation that this Xterra was purchased from Phantom Motors LLC. If you refer to your purchase order, you will see this vehicle was purchased from Aldins Motors. Phantom Motors has been in business for more than 5 years and takes huge pride in their ratings and customer service to its customers. You were offered a service contract when you purchased the vehicle which you turned down. I would like to add that this Xterra is nearly 10 years old with approximately 130k miles on it. In August during the heat, my mother in-law was having car troubles getting stuck in a parking lot for over an hour. After hearing this, my wife (Brandie), decided that she wanted to help her mom.
