About this business

The fact that this popular brewery and restaurant sells its own T-shirts at the front entrance is a strong sign that this place is extremely popular. The menu is mostly American cuisine with global influences, featuring everything from burgers to fish and chips to baked ziti. The interior is dominated by hardwood flooring and a wall of windows. Outdoor seating, though limited, is very popular during the warm months. Above the dining area is a huge billiards room. The crowds tend to be of the 30-something kind.

Fantastic food ... Service with a smile... – My wife and I would not normally even try a restaurant like this, but, a couple of friends of ours had their reception here. We were both quite shocked at the level of service offered, and the food. Let?s just say the food was quite a surprise. Coming from just outside of Annapolis, MD we have had the luxury of eating at the best that Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washington, DC have to offer. I?d be the first person to tell you there are a lot of Restaurant/Brewery combinations in th... read more

One of the most popular bars in Colorado Springs offers meals and local brews. – In Short The vintage setting here is beautiful, decked out in retro design elements, ceiling-to- floor picture windows and contemporary accents from local artists. Many local diners adore the fare which includes mussels in lime butter, steaks and "maple glazed" pork tenderloin. House comfort dishes are reliable, satisfying choices. Beer choices include a caramel-flavored, richly hopped Cascade Amber, the exceptional IPA and a much-loved Peated P... read more

Great Microbrews – The Phantom Canyon is a wonderful location for those who enjoy true breweries. They have quite the selection of handcrafted brews on tap and the food isn't all that bad either. The waitstaff is pretty friendly and the atmosphere is great.

Great food! – My DH and I went there for lunch on a friday. We were seated immediately. I ordered this thai chicken dish. It was really good. I can't remember what he had, but he loved it. We were both impressed. The food was comparable to the Cheesecake Factory. Lunch prices were pretty reasonable.

Not recommended at all – aS one of the other reviewers mentioned , a good place to play pool, a bad place for dinner. over battered and overcooked fish and chips for me, and an overcooked steak for my partner, and so-so house beers make this a stop to skip.

Good beer, bad food – The bar and pool hall are the highlight of the restaurant as the food is not. If your looking for a place to dine, go elsewhere, if you want to shoot a few games on the billiards tables, drink a little beer, and have a munchy this is the place

Go for the hand-pulled beers – They usually have a couple, the IPA is excellent. The food is good not great. Billards hall upstairs is excellent for a post dinner game.

BIG BEERS! – I loved the offerings of potent beers such as the IPA and BArley Wine. This is a must for beer lovers. The Barley Wine is seasonal. I had it in January and it was gone when i was back in town in April.

Great Family Restaraurant – Looking for great eats after a day in the beautiful springs? This is the place. We showed up hungry at dinner time with 8 adults and 6 kids ranging from 9 months to 12 yrs old and the service could not have been better. An added bonus for parents - the food was terrific too!
