I’m sure it’s a good practice. I was in the ER on Sunday. I’ve been trying to reach them for two days. Phone doesn’t work. I’ve called 6 times. I sit on hold for 5-6 min each time. It then rings and then silence. Nobody has called me and the Dr I saw at Saratoga Springs ER that referred me said they would call the next day.
I love Dr Antharam! I was unsure what to expect as I’d never met him before but he was personable and immediately put me at ease. I had had an echocardiogram done and my FP was concerned about a couple of findings. Dr Antharam went through each with me, explaining in terms easily understood. He even showed me images and explained them. I found him to be knowledgeable, personable, and easy to talk with.
It was my first time meeting Dr Antharam. I found him very attentive. I didn't feel that he was rushing me through the appointment.
