I called to make an appointment for my parents, and the receptionist told me she was on another line and placed me on hold. That was fine — I understand offices get busy. However, I waited for more than 10 minutes with no update, so I hung up and called back. Again, I was placed on hold. This time she returned after about 5 minutes. This not good place to go staff working naughty
I wanted to give this office 1 star, but honestly I dont even want to. The front desk lady not nice kind of rude. The doctor and services not good. If you dont want headaches or unnecessary tress do not choose this office. The front desk lady will make things very difficult for you.
If there was a 0 star, I would 100% give them. The front desk staff is disrespectful and blunt. It was extremely disappointing. Their lack of concern for the client experience and overall unprofessional attitude was unacceptable. There needs to have a claim sent to insurances to cut the contracts to these types of offices.
