BAD POLICIES the worst dentist office in the city im sure!!!!!! the DUMB PEOPLE dont let the parents go back with 4 & 5 yr olds,,, they restrained with 3 nurses on a simple filling.. then when we returned to do the other side,, they sent my son back out because he,, at 5 yrs old,, wus scared!!! well WHAT DO YOU EXPECT?? he is only 5 & with out his parents,,, after sending us away with NO REFFERAL they then charged us $30 for his charts!!!! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE.. sincerly IDONT PLAY

They knew I was a dental assistant and were afarid that I might turn them in to the State of Texas Dental Board. Not all office are to blame but it does make you wonder what they have to hide.
G.Gipson I have nothing but good things to say about jefferson clinic.MY daughter and I went to the one on Campwisdom in Duncanville and can not express how well the staff was.They were very professinal and some of the nicest people.At first I did not get the not letting someone go in the room with you.But when I saw my daughter face I know in my heart she was taken care of . worst dental experience of my life If I could give them no start, I would. This place was terrible. I went to get an exam and referral to an oral surgeon to have my wisdom teeth out. I was told by this office that they would be able to get them out...even though 3 of them were impacted. Long, terrible story short- It was an awful experience. 3 largas horas Se tomo una hora y media para que me pasaran a la habitacion y una hora despues para que me viera la dentista de aproximadamene 15 minutos para ejecutar el relleno de la cavidad y 15 minutos mas para darme la salida dando un total de 3 largas horas para un servicio que no ameritaba tanto tiempo.
Jefferson Dental Clinic is Awesome!! I've had all types of treatment at Jefferson Dental Clinic and after each visit they call to check on how I'm doing. Which I thought was awesome since you can't talk when your numb. They answer all my questions and fit me in without an appointment. They explain treatment before its done and let me know what my insurance covered. Who ever said going to see any doctor was fun? Every experience has been a good one.
AVOID AVOID AVOID! If you care about your teeth. Do NOT go here. If you do, don t blame anyone else or say nobody warned you. I went in to get a new crown replaced. Needless to say, these guys effed it up and it ended costing me $3,000 out of pocket elsewhere to fix the damage they caused. This is not my own opinion, but from 2 other dentists who said they should have never proceeded with the treatment plan they created. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I can't wait to get better insurance I felt like they were more interested in the forms and medicaid than working with me, the patient.
