I went because I had a mole I wanted checked and with both my parents having a history of skin cancer I wanted to establish annual care. She was impersonal, didn't even have me put on a gown or sit on the table, just had me stand and strip piece by piece to check me. It was humiliating. I have been going to Dr. Phan for years, she saved my life! I had a melanoma and fortunately it was only in its beginning stages. If you want an excellent dermatologist, you need Dr. Phan! I have never had a long wait time either, but that may be due to the times I get my appointments scheduled. I have so much confidence in Dr. Phan my entire immediate family use her. She is a wonderful doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Phan.
She explains everything, is never in such a hurry that she doesn’t answer all of your questions. If she performs any procedure, she’s honest about any pain level to expect and tells you when she is done, knowing you don’t relax until she’s done. I wish I could use her for every issue I ever have and am glad to have found her for any derm issue
Dr Phan only spent maybe 15 minutes with me. After waiting 1 hour in the lobby then 20 minutes in the exam room. My appt was for 3:30 there was 8 people in the waiting room when I got there. So I guess she was running behind. Looks like she was over booked. I found out later you have wait a long time to see her.
Dr. Phan really cares about her patient. She is great Doctor as well as a person. I will never use anyone else but her no matter how long it takes to get an appointment.
Dr. Phan makes you feel comfortable and knowledgeable about everything. Amazing bedside manner. My entire family uses her!
Detailed and professional and shows care and concern would not go anywhere else.
