Horrible experience with Phalanx Engineering over five years! Avoid them at all costs. After installing a ridiculously expensive commercial HVAC system by Phalanx, I’ve had major problems from the beginning. And to make it worse, they cannot service the units that they’ve installed. Service and installation departments are ridiculous! Try calling a service line, you’ll never hear from them. And then when the technicians do show up, they have no clue how to fix HVAC issues.
