Used to come here when it first opened but moved out of the area- today's visit was FRESH breath of air. New management. AMAZING customer service and extremely knowledgeable staff Been working in service industry which unfortunately known for substance abuse issues among staff- they offer all natural remedies to help keep people off the bad stuff If you/someone you love is struggling with substances please check this place out, talk to the staff and explore safer alternatives because your life is worth saving. Absolutely lovely family that always goes above and beyond for their clients care. Also offer some great snacks if you’ve got a few bottles to fill, definitely recommend buying some, haha! Amazing service to the community with even better prices, the biggest thank you!
We showed up today at 10:15 am, not open. I went back in the afternoon to get water and to tell her that opening on time everyday is part of good customer service, but I was quickly answered by "I know what good customer service is, I've worked at several large companies, I know all about customer service". But I know for a fact that there have been at least 2 other times before this, that they were not open by 10 or 10:15 am. The previous owners were always open on time, and never an attitude.
