Used to come here when it first opened but moved out of the area- today's visit was FRESH breath of air. New management. We showed up today at 10:15 am, not open. I went back in the afternoon to get water and to tell her that opening on time everyday is part of good customer service, but I was quickly answered by "I know what good customer service is, I've worked at several large companies, I know all about customer service". But I know for a fact that there have been at least 2 other times before this, that they were not open by 10 or 10:15 am. The previous owners were always open on time, and never an attitude.
