I have been filling water bottles here for many years. I enjoy the customer service and the alkaline water was great. A few months ago the current management must have changed something. The alkaline water from the same taps as always has begun to taste like sink water. I brought it to the attention of the young lady working there and only filled one water bottle to see if it tasted right. That water tasted fine, similar quality to what I have always received here. If I could give this place a negative star, I would. On Saturday, 12/13, I was at this place at 10am and it wasn't open. I waited until 10:15 and it still wasn't open! What kind of business are you running!? It states online you open at 10am. I ended up going to Purified Water on Hosmer and got stellar service. I got my four bottles cleaned and filled within 5 minutes. They charged me only $13.45! Ph Water charges $20.00 for the same four bottles. You have been ripping me off for awhile! It stops now. This place has amazing quality water. Lately, however, the costs have increased drastically in a short amount of time and the customer service has dropped. I've been getting my water here for at least 5 years, so watching this decline not only makes me sad, but it's also making me reconsider where I get my water.
