I have been going to get water from here for more than 2 years ( 8 to 9, 5 gal alkaline ) every time . Everything was good untill recently I have noticed diffrent water taste for the last 4 times so I explained to the person working there that something doesn't feel right about the water it doesn't taste like alkaline water that i have been getting for the last year and half . She ( young girl ) quickly brushed off by saying :"" OOH sorry about that I will make sure its alkaline this time "" but I paid for alkaline water !! ... read more
Great water n customer service!
I have been filling water bottles here for many years. I enjoy the customer service and the alkaline water was great. A few months ago the current management must have changed something. The alkaline water from the same taps as always has begun to taste like sink water. I brought it to the attention of the young lady working there and only filled one water bottle to see if it tasted right. That water tasted fine, similar quality to what I have always received here. If I could give this place a negative star, I would. On Saturday, 12/13, I was at this place at 10am and it wasn't open. I waited until 10:15 and it still wasn't open! What kind of business are you running!? It states online you open at 10am. I ended up going to Purified Water on Hosmer and got stellar service. I got my four bottles cleaned and filled within 5 minutes. They charged me only $13.45! Ph Water charges $20.00 for the same four bottles. You have been ripping me off for awhile! It stops now.
