Worst experience with a rental company!! 0 customer service
They will skip right over your application while waiting for your employer to verify employment even if your app was first in line. Completely unethical. Do yourself a favor and do not rent with this company. Horrible experience.
I sent a work order early Thursday morning for my dishwasher because it is not draining and working properly. They did not call the company who is suppose to come out and fix it until Friday morning and now they have nothing available until Monday so I have to go an entire weekend without a working dishwasher when they actually had openings available if the property management group did their job and set it up when I submitted my work order and not wait until Friday to do it!
