Company is charging me more money than my bill. They’re stealing my money from me when I pay my bills and it really need to be looked into because there’s no way I’m running up that much PG&E one bedroom with just me they got lies that work in they Building I’m never Harley there I don’t have nothing plug up but two light
I called at 4am to report an outage. The associate I spoke with could not provide me any information to help me. At 6am I got a message that power was back on. After another hour of waiting, it was not on. I called again and was told that someone would be sent out. Then almost immediately after that I received another call from Charlene that PGE is refusing to come out and I need to call my landlord. So now I am stuck for 4 hours and counting with a newborn baby and NO power.
CAN NOT, AFTER 6 REPEATED CALLS, SPEAK TO AN AGENT. COMPUTER ASSISTANT KEEPS YOU FROM IT!
For the past 4 weeks I've had blackouts and fixing has taken up to 28 hours. Its almost every day its like they patch it and leave. No work is getting done. Evil and worthless
You MUST pay online. Apparently this place is closed to people trying to pay their bill, and cash is no longer accepted. Orwellian much?
