Very unfriendly lady working at the counter. The ladies that worked there 10-15 years ago were so nice.
Turns off power to hundreds of thousands of poeple and thinks it's okay then gives no type of compensation. Possibly one of the worste companies in the entire USA.
Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location.
