Your salesman refused to give me the two grips that I wanted on a new driver and 3 wood I was prepared to purchase along with a hundred dollar up charge on each for a shaft upgrade. I was also planning on purchasing a 5 wood as well. Just letting you know you lost a $1300 sale over 18 dollars in grips(retail cost). The salesman(Brian) who was cashing me in the front was extremely rude. Thank you this was my first and last experience in your store

The PGA Superstore in Dr. Phillips only offers a price match policy on certain items. Needless to say, I went to Dick's Sporting Goods and they provided an excellent shopping experience.

The Store has a huge selection. Unfortunately i was never asked if i need some help to find something. I was checking out the range finders right at the cashier desk, two employees were standing there without any intention. I spend over 800.- but when i came out didn' felt linke great shopping experience. May be i expected too much.
