I visit this store every time I come to Orlando. They are always very helpful. Whether I’m buying clubs for my grandkids, checking out the latest in clothing for me or getting a club worked on, this store always has what I’m looking for.

Superstore and service never seem to work in the same sentence!
We went shopping today and one of your store clerks was very unfriendly and had very bad attitude. Don’t know what’s her problem to treat customers like that. Maybe she is not being paid well?
They are nice and promise good service. Once they have your money they do not deliver on their promises. Purchased a set of irons that were fitted. Spent extra to have them shipped in a timely manner. No email communications about purchase or delivery notices. No clubs. I will support my local outfitter from here forward!
I was helped by a gentleman that spent over an hour with me fitting and analyzing swing and ball flight. I tried five different brands of clubs and settled on a set, which I immediately bought. And glad I did. Totally awesome experience with no pressure to buy. I could have walked out with information and said thank you. The prices were competitive, so why would I?? Thanks again PGASS

This is the worst store ever. Walked in and was immediately ignored. Then when I asked about the advertised golf fitting, they were rude and pointed, didn't say a word other then, "oh another one" Sorry to have put out the staff, I am sure some one there is nice and a contentious employee, I just didn't meet them. I would advise going else where unless you are a local buddy of the staff!
