I have to echo all the comments related to customer service. A complete mess of a company. Also, their club repair technicians have no idea what they are doing. If you ask for loft and lie adjustments, they will charge you and the specs are even close. I even had my son’s putter reshafted and asked that it be 34 inches and it came back 33 1/4, etc. I could go on and on. This place is a joke online. I ordered one item online on the 3rd of marchand it wouldn't even be shipped to me till April when the shipping was 7-10 days. Just wow. Let down and pissed off. Will never shop here again. What a joke
The customer service is pretty much non- existent. I have called, emailed, called, and emailed too many times. No response! I have left messages...still no call back and no email response. I placed an order and received my items timely; however, one of the items does not fit so I need to return. I cannot get anyone to help me obtain my FedEx label. I will never order from this company again. Ridiculous and so frustrating!!!!!!
What an absolute mess of a company. Their customer service could be the worst out of any company I've ever bought from. I ordered clubs nearly 6 weeks ago and was told them would be shipped to be in 14-21 days. I'm only writing a review because I called last Thursday morning, left a voicemail and they still haven't gotten back to me; they haven't returned any of my calls but can email me back 72 hours after leaving a message. I placed an online order 10 days ago, my credit card was charged, and I received a confirmation email. Yet, I can't find any information on my order through my online account. I have attempted to call the PGA Tour "Superstore" customer service number multiple times but have to leave a message due to the short staff and I've emailed the store. All to no avail. This is one reason so many people feel online is fraught with fraud.
Ordered a Taylor Made Spider putter through the website. several days went by and my shipments had not moved from the CA FedEx warehouse location. No one from the PGA Superstore acted on this shipment just sitting at the FedEx location. The label ripped off and was unable to move. Working with FedEx before, I know they send info to the PGA superstore that one of their packages needs attention, nothing was done.
