I came in for a fill-in with a French polish and left feeling frustrated by both the service and the pricing transparency. I was charged $65 total. By way of receipt, $50 for the fill-in and an additional $15 listed as a “creative fill-in.” There was no clear explanation of what that meant or what the $15 specifically covered. ! I originally came in for French tips and ended up leaving with a solid color cause I was tired of giving the nail tech direction! My nails weren’t shaped right! I was very disappointed! I wish I got his name! I hate my nails! I was in a rush or I would have had him keep starting over all day!
Manicure wasn’t good. No hand massage offered. Had to ask for lotion…
