Came here to try and relax before Mother’s Day and my birthday got quite the opposite of relaxation. I wanted a simple white pedicure. When I told her I didn’t want gel she seemed annoyed. I asked for a simple white pedicure and it was terribly done. The tech was very rough and ended up making my toe bleed. I have a very bad right foot so I’m hoping nothing else happens with my toe after I leave this visit. Overall not happy or relaxed.

I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt several times, and 8 times out of 10, I leave with unsatisfied nail services. I've found myself micromanaging for the correct nail shape. Recently, I went for a refill with "okay" shaped square nails and left with large bubble square looking nails, no hand massage, or lotion. I didn't have the fight to speak up about it and will not be returning. Also, the male nail technician didn't seem like he wanted to be there or provide services. There was no customer engagement.

I came in for a fill-in with a French polish and left feeling frustrated by both the service and the pricing transparency. I was charged $65 total. By way of receipt, $50 for the fill-in and an additional $15 listed as a “creative fill-in.” There was no clear explanation of what that meant or what the $15 specifically covered. ! I originally came in for French tips and ended up leaving with a solid color cause I was tired of giving the nail tech direction! My nails weren’t shaped right! I was very disappointed! I wish I got his name! I hate my nails! I was in a rush or I would have had him keep starting over all day!
