Today I had an appointment with Cindy, at 12:00 I got there on time, but for my surprise she was tinting the hair of some else, who is that was possible that she had some else at the time of my appointment? A wasn't about to finish, she just start it the hair tint service. She just choose between more money a d screw me. This is so unprofessional. I would never recommend a place like this, I have a very important event today. So thank you Cindy but I will never trust this place again.
Bery bad service, they are not professional. They just cancel my appointment with a bunch of bull..sh.. excuses tamhat wasn't true. I had a very important event, and no one else can take me in at this time on a weekend. If this is important to you, don't trust these unprofessional people.
