They know what they're doing and are friendly and helpfull. The shop is a little dingy, not the "modern - boutique" type of so many other more expensive shops. So if you want to pay extra for ambience and insults, you'd be best served going elsewhere. If you want good service at fair prices this is a good place to go. They've been in a business a long time. You could do worse.
THIS OPTOMETRY IS LOCATED ON GRAND AVE. RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE GRAND LAKE THEATER. THE EMPLOYEES WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, THEY WERE THERE TO HELP ME THROUGH WHATEVER ISSUES THAT I WAS HAVING. THEY HAD A VERY LARGE SELECTION OF FRAMES AND TO TOP THAT OFF, THEIR SERVICES ARE FAST! MY LENSES WERE READY IN JUST 20 MINUTES. OVERALL, THEY WERE REALLY HELPFUL, DR. PFOST AND DR. CLARK WERE GREAT, AND THEY MADE US FEEL VERY WELCOMED AND TAKEN CARE OF. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS OPTOMETRY TO ANYONE WHO WANTS GOOD SERVICE.
