Once again, I am blown out of the water with the positive customer service at Pflanz. I have been a customer since '11 and refuse to take my electronic needs elsewhere. Scott and the gang are a powerhouse in Sioux City's small electronics business market. Forget Best Buy, Walmart, Target, and take your business to Pflanz Electronics!
Really good experience. Got a quote over the phone. Guys came out and in less than an hour I had a spiffy new HD antenna that lets me get 16 channels. So long cable TV. Oh and it was less than the quote. Very pleased! Should've called them long ago!
