Customer service is the best! I bought a tv and sound bar over 3 years ago. I stopped in the store this week-end and spoke with Scott. he was very helpful and asked me to try a few different things when I got home for the problem I was having. I talked to Will today and he went through some trouble shooting with me over the phone and problem solved! I am by no means tech savvy but they were very patient with me. I will definitely buy my next tv from Pflanz.

Whom ever I talked to on the phone today was very patient and helped me reconnect my Sono’s system after we had to replace our router. I am tech challenged and he walked me through everything. We love our Sono sound system we bought from them!
