Dr. Is very attentive and will make himself available on short notice. Most caring individual
I was mailed two bills for two office visits that were already paid my insurance company. Obviously, the staff is unprofessional and incompetent. It has been my experience that you can judge the quality of a doctor by his staff. After two visits, I have seen enough. I will not be making a third appointment with this doctor.

We've moved a lot in the last few years for work and each time it is a struggle to find a new primary care physician. It took me a while to find a good one but after trying a few others in the Dallas area I've finally found a keeper. I've seen Dr. Pfister for everything from sick visits to annual physicals. As a patient for over 15 years, I can attest with great confidence that Dr. Pfister is an excellent physician who's honest and cares deeply for his patients. Although his knowledge in the field of medicine is broad, if he feels that his patient's symptoms or concerns constitute them seeing another physician/specialist, he will recommend the right physician for the issue at hand as he has networked with dozens of physicians over the many years he has practiced medicine in the Dallas area. As a patient of a year, I have found Dr. Pfister incredibly helpful and competent. Now, my whole family goes to him for our healthcare needs.
Love him and his entire staff.
Office staff is rude. Follow-up phone calls are either not returned at all or returned only after several messages. Care is mediocre at best.
He is a great Doctor, personable, takes enough time to understand what is happening and explains your choices very well.
