The best place for me to buy my cake pans it ship out so quick I was very happy with my orders thank you so much
I have not had a bad experience with them, my only problems is they discontue things I always bought, and I usually by in bulk because i teach cake decorating classes to kids.
i am very disappointed with my order. when the item out of stock they didn't tell me. i must pay handling fee and shipping . only 1 item i must pay twice. it is ridiculous. please let your customer know if the item out of stock
Very poor customer service.. did not contact me about a product being discontinued.. after calling they sent me another product I do not want it or like it.. just a terrible experience
