Always helpful and answered questions that I had. A very fine physician in my opinion. Hope he does not retire anytime soon!!
Office staff very rude
Dr Pfeffer has been my trusted urologist over many years as we watched my PSA numbers slowly progress. Currently under treatment for enlarged prostrate. He always explained the treatment options in detail so an informed decision could be made.
With the bedside manner of a bed post, he's not a bad doctor. Performed minor surgery on me and turned out fine. Scheduled a second follow up cystoscope that I had to cancel twice because I was sick each time. I have chronic kidney disease. So now he won't see me anymore! I would say that that is arrogance.
I had to go in with my newborn and 2 year old, to say I was dreading it is an understatement, but the staff was so incredibly helpful. They got us in and out quickly. Dr. Pfeffer was happy to answer my questions and assuage my concerns.
Unfortunately Dr Pfeffer was rude and made me feel like an inconvenience. If he was upset with my referring physician, he should not have taken it out on me. Maybe he had a bad day or was in a foul mood, either way, I'm not coming back.
No complaints at all. Very efficent and quick. Did not have long wait time.
