Dr. Pfeffer is knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and gave us options for kidney stone issues. He was honest and I appreciate him telling it to me straight. He's funny and lets you banter back with him. I'm an anxious patient and I felt comfortable with him without a second opinion. As a female you can tell if a doc truly cares about a patient and knows what is best based on his experience. I appreciated that. failed to show up for appointment. Staff incompetent. got two text messages confirming appointment the day before and the day of the appointment. when arrived doctor had planned vacation. never let me know.
