Rania would have to be the most unprofessional, rude and disrespectful person I have ever dealt with in 20 years in the hospitality industry. The entire office is like a circus. The product quality is fine and I’ve never had an issue with that. But when Rania Jammal from Knox ordered the wrong stock for our big event, she hung up and didn’t want to deal with it. The product quality is 100% good but the people who works for the company they never care about clients been 6 months with them still we are but never seen rep is helping with products actually never seen a rep. Very shame
