We had a really excellent experience working with Dwayne and his team when we visited the VW Newmarket location. He was incredibly patient in answering our many questions, and he was very transparent when it came to numbers - never pushy! I can only say good things about my interactions with the staff at VW Newmarket.
Dropped my car off for a 1pm service appointment. They called me at 4:30pm and told me they won't be able to get to my car that day. Not sure what the point of making an appointment is, other than to teach me not to make any further ones at this dealership.
Bought a Golf R from Jonathan. He accommodated my situation very well and was always easy to communicate with. A lovely experience!
Newmarket Volkswagen will impress you at the introduction, but once they have your money and achieve their sales incentives, their after-sales support becomes nonexistent.
