I would not recommend Volkswagen of Newmarket based on my recent experience. It took nearly two months to replace the sunroof on my 2024 Volkswagen Taos after it unexpectedly exploded. Throughout the process, the customer service was extremely disappointing. Don't you ever think of going there , it's not a professional environment at all. I went there to check the Buick encore, and the sales man said this car is good and will make it for long distance drive. When I checked the car , the oil is all over the hood and the engine is leaking oil over the muffler. I bet this car can't even make it to Oshawa . I’d give 5 stars for their service department, but zero for their sales. Service has always been helpful - a little pricey for an oil change but appreciate their uber service & emergency repair program. Sales on the other hand - Took 2 weeks to get back to get back to me regarding a credit check after putting down a deposit (I had to initiate the follow up, if I hadn’t then likely I was forgotten about).
